Rates are per week in euro.

 

Arrival/departure

• On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 1.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.00 am.

Payment

• Bank transfer, cash or credit cards.

• In addition to the above-mentioned price, we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of Euro 1,45 a day for all people over 14 years.

• Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit.

Cancellation

• For reservations cancelled up to 3 months prior to the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained.

• For cancellations up to 3 months - 1 month before the check in, 50% of the total amount must be paid.

• For cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before the check in, 70% of the total amount must be paid.

• For cancellations of less than two weeks before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Travel insurance

• We would recommend you taking out a travel insurance, our suggestion it the "Europäische Reiseversicherung", which provides cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.

• Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Smoking

• Smoking is only allowed in the garden and on the balconies.
