Rates are per week in euro.
Arrival/departure
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 1.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.00 am.
Payment
Bank transfer, cash or credit cards.
In addition to the above-mentioned price, we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of Euro 1,45 a day for all people over 14 years.
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit.
Cancellation
For reservations cancelled up to 3 months prior to the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations up to 3 months - 1 month before the check in, 50% of the total amount must be paid.
For cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before the check in, 70% of the total amount must be paid.
For cancellations of less than two weeks before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
Travel insurance
We would recommend you taking out a travel insurance, our suggestion it the "Europäische Reiseversicherung", which provides cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.
Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in the garden and on the balconies.
Val Gardena SuperPremiére:
4 overnight stays, 4 day ski pass and ski equipment hire and you only pay for 3 days!
Val Gardena Active:
As our guests, you can take part in any of the events and hikes of the "Val Gardena Active" programme free of charge or at a reduced price in winter and summer.
Among other things, various hikes with a hiking guide, mountain bike and fitness tours, children's animations and much more are offered.
Dolomiti Springdays:
The offer is valid for accommodation, ski pass and ski rental at the end of the season.
